Quest and Connect was founded by Vincent Masuku and Derek Jordan in response to a clear gap in local disability services — the need for a day program in Ballarat that embraces creativity, technology, and community connection.

With a shared commitment to empowering neurodivergent individuals, Quest and Connect was designed as a space where participants can explore their interests, express themselves freely, and connect through shared passions such as gaming, creativity, and life skills development.

Vincent brings over eight years of experience in disability support and a background in accounting, contributing strong organisational and client-focused expertise. Derek has worked across disability and education settings for more than 15 years and is deeply passionate about creative and interactive media, from tabletop gaming to digital storytelling.

Together, they combine professionalism, compassion, and innovation to deliver a program that is inclusive, engaging, and built around participant strengths and interests.
